Our products are handcrafted in small batches and may be made, finished, assembled, inspected, and packed after your order is placed. Because each piece requires workshop time and careful preparation, please distinguish between Production Time and Transit Time.
Production Time means the time needed to make, finish, inspect, and pack your order before it ships.
Transit Time means the time the carrier takes to deliver your package after it has been dispatched.

1. Production Time Before Shipping
Most of our products are handcrafted or prepared in small batches.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production, finishing, inspection, and packing before your order is shipped.
This timeframe may vary depending on:

- Workshop capacity
- Material availability
- Order volume
- Seasonal demand
- Quality inspection requirements
- Special product details or handmade finishing
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note: Production time starts after your order is confirmed. Delivery estimates begin only after your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from our workshop and fulfillment location in China.
Our company registration address in the United States is used for legal business registration only and does not process shipments or returns.
3. Shipping Rates And Delivery Estimates
We ship to supported destinations shown at checkout.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address, carrier availability, and customs processing.
For United States orders, the estimated transit time after dispatch is usually:
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days after dispatch

Important: Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. The dispatch date is when your tracking number is created and your package is handed to the carrier.

Because our products require workshop production time before shipping, your total order timeline may include:

Transit Time: Usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on shipping method and destination
This means your total estimated timeline may vary depending on product preparation, carrier performance, customs clearance, weather, peak seasons, and other factors outside our direct control.

To deliver orders internationally, we may work with global logistics providers and local delivery partners.
Depending on the destination, your package may be handled by carriers such as:

- Yanwen
- DHL eCommerce

The final delivery carrier may vary depending on your location.
6. Import Duties, Taxes, And Customs
Where available, we may ship international orders on a DDP / Delivered Duty Paid basis. This means applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related fees may be covered at checkout or by us before delivery.
If your order is shipped on a DDP basis, the price you pay at checkout is intended to be the final price, with no additional customs charges due upon delivery.

7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

10. Delivered But Not Received

- Porch, side door, garage, or other delivery spots

11. Lost, Damaged, Or Missing Packages

If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, repair solution, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we cannot legally or reasonably ship the product to your location.
