Cancellation policy

At Obsidian Restraint (operated by Promise LLC), we work hard to process your orders quickly so you can receive your jewelry as soon as possible. Because of this, there is a limited window in which an order can be canceled or modified.

1. Standard / Non-Personalized Items

  • Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund.

  • After Shipping: Once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return process in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy].

2. Personalized / Custom-Made Items Because these items are made specifically for you, production often begins shortly after the order is placed.

  • Within 12 Hours: You may cancel or modify your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After 12 Hours: If you request a cancellation or significant change (e.g., ring size, engraving details) after the 12-hour window, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of materials and labor already invested in your custom piece.

  • After Shipping: Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned once shipped (unless confirmed defective upon arrival).

Please include your order number and the reason for your cancellation. Our support team will review the status of your order and confirm if the cancellation is successful.
