We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted workshop products.

Before shipping, each item is prepared, inspected, and packed with care. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly not as described, we will review the issue and provide a fair resolution in accordance with this policy and our Returns & Refund Policy.


2. What This Guarantee Covers

This guarantee may cover eligible issues such as:

  • Item arrives damaged in transit
  • Confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defect
  • Incorrect item received
  • Missing item from the order
  • Significant difference from the product description
  • Structural issue that affects the safe use or intended function of the item

If approved, we may offer one or more of the following resolutions depending on the situation:

  • Replacement
  • Repair solution
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

3. Reporting Window

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Photos of the packaging, if the item was damaged in transit
  • A photo of the shipping label, if available

Claims submitted without sufficient photos, videos, or order information may take longer to review.


4. Handmade Variation Notice

Handcrafted items are not factory-identical products.

The following are generally considered normal handmade variations and are not considered defects:

  • Natural wood grain differences
  • Slight color tone differences
  • Small surface texture variations
  • Minor finish differences
  • Slight carving or engraving depth differences
  • Small handcrafted detail differences
  • Minor print placement or fabric texture differences
  • Natural changes in metal tone or aged finish over time

These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.


5. What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

This guarantee does not cover issues caused by:

  • Normal wear over time
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Accidental damage after delivery
  • Dropping, impact, bending, snapping, scratching, or breaking caused by use
  • Dishwasher use
  • Microwave use
  • Long soaking
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, chlorine, salt water, or abrasive cleaners
  • Extreme heat or prolonged direct sunlight
  • Improper storage
  • Unauthorized modification or third-party repair
  • Loss or theft
  • Personal preference, changed mind, or expectation differences not related to a defect

6. Decorative Axe And Display Piece Notice

Some Viking-inspired axes, blades, forged-style objects, or historical/fantasy-inspired pieces are sold as decorative, display, collector, photography, costume, or ceremonial-style items only, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by using decorative items as tools, weapons, or for any unsafe, unlawful, or unintended purpose.

Customers are responsible for using, storing, and handling these items safely and in compliance with local laws.


7. Apparel And Printed Item Notice

For apparel and printed items, this guarantee may cover confirmed production defects or items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

It does not cover damage caused by improper washing, high heat drying, bleaching, ironing directly over printed designs, normal fading from repeated wear, or failure to follow garment care instructions.

8. How To Start A Quality Claim

To start a quality claim, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item affected
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Our support team will review your claim and provide next steps.

Please do not send any item back without approval. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, rejected, or not eligible for refund or replacement.


9. Return Shipping For Approved Claims

For approved claims involving confirmed defects, incorrect items, approved transit damage, or items significantly not as described, we will cover return shipping costs or provide an equivalent resolution when a physical return is not practical.

If we request an international return, please follow our instructions carefully and mark the package as:

“Return — No Commercial Value”

This may help reduce customs delays during return transit.
