Track My Order
Looking for your order?
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, some orders require production, finishing, inspection, and careful packing before shipping.
Please note that tracking information becomes available only after your order has shipped.
1. Before Your Order Ships
Most handcrafted workshop items require approximately 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch.
This may include:
- Workshop production
- Finishing
- Inspection
- Packing
- Preparing the parcel for carrier pickup
If your tracking number is not available yet, your order may still be in production or preparation.
2. After Your Order Ships
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Tracking updates may be delayed during weekends, holidays, customs processing, or peak shipping seasons.
3. Track Your Order
To track your package, please use the tracking link sent to your email after dispatch.
You can also enter your tracking number on our tracking page, if available.

If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam, promotions, or junk folder first.
4. Estimated Timeline
Your total order timeline may include both production time and transit time.
Production Time: Approximately 2–3 weeks before shipping
Transit Time: Usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and shipping method
Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.
5. Tracking Shows No Update
If your tracking number has been created but does not show movement yet, please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier system to update.
International packages may also have periods with limited tracking updates while moving between logistics centers, customs, and local delivery partners.
This does not always mean the package is lost.
6. Tracking Says Delivered, But You Did Not Receive It
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check:
- Mailbox or parcel locker
- Front desk, reception, or building office
- Porch, side door, garage, or other delivery spots
- Neighbors or household members
- Your local carrier office
If you still cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation.
