Our Story

It started with a simple problem.

I have always been drawn to Viking culture — the old stories, the runes, the firelit halls, the carved wood, the iron details, and the feeling that everyday objects could carry weight, meaning, and ritual.

One night, while having a drink, I realized something felt missing.

The glass in my hand did the job, but it had no story. No weight. No presence. Nothing about it felt connected to the world I loved — the world of Norse mythology, old taverns, mead halls, battle-worn wood, and objects made to be kept.

So I started looking for a Viking mug that actually felt right.

Most of what I found felt too light, too decorative, too factory-made, or too much like a costume prop. It looked “Viking” from a distance, but up close, it didn’t have the substance I wanted.

So I decided to make my own.

Not a novelty mug.
Not a cheap souvenir.
Not something made only to sit in a photo.

I wanted to create a mug that felt substantial in the hand, looked good on a shelf, worked for beer nights and game rooms, and carried the feeling of an old-world drinking hall.

That first mug became the beginning of this workshop.

A Small Workshop Built Around Viking-Inspired Craft

This is not a large factory brand pretending to be personal.

It is a small workshop project built by someone who genuinely loves Viking culture, Norse mythology, handcrafted objects, and the feeling of owning something with story.

Each piece we create is inspired by the old North — wood, iron, runes, myth, ritual, and the kind of presence modern mass-produced objects often lack.

Some pieces are made for drinking.
Some are made for display.
Some are made to wear.
Some are made to gift.

But they all follow the same idea:

Make objects that feel like they belong to a story.

From One Mug To A Wider Viking Workshop

The first idea was simple: create a better Viking mug.

But the more I worked with the style, the clearer it became that the mug was only the beginning.

That is why the workshop now grows around several Viking-inspired collections:

Mead Hall Collection
Handcrafted mugs and drinkware made for beer nights, game rooms, old-world tables, and ritual moments.

Iron Oath Collection
Decorative Viking-inspired axes and display pieces made for collectors, themed spaces, photography, and historical fantasy atmosphere.

Northbound Collection
Viking-inspired apparel for people drawn to the old North, rugged symbols, and everyday pieces with character.

Rune Relics Collection
Symbolic accessories and jewelry-style pieces inspired by runes, myth, and old-world meaning.

Why Handmade Takes Time

We do not want these pieces to feel rushed.

Many of our products are made, finished, inspected, and packed in small batches. That means your order may require production time before shipping.

Small differences in wood grain, tone, texture, finish, carving depth, and handcrafted details are normal. They are not flaws. They are part of what makes each piece feel less like a factory copy and more like something made with intention.

We would rather take the time to make something with character than rush out products that feel empty.

What We Stand For

This workshop is built for people who feel drawn to:

  • Viking culture
  • Norse mythology
  • Runes and old symbols
  • Firelit halls and mead tables
  • Medieval fantasy
  • Game rooms and collector spaces
  • Handmade objects with weight and presence
  • Gifts that feel personal without being ordinary

We are not here to make plain objects.

We are here to make pieces that make a drink, a room, an outfit, or a gift feel more memorable.

Ritual. Story. Craft. Presence.

That is what started this workshop.
That is what we are still building.
