What materials do you use in your jewelry? Are they hypoallergenic?
Our pieces are crafted with high-quality metals chosen for everyday wear and skin comfort:
- 14K gold vermeil — thick 14K gold plating over recycled 925 sterling silver
- 18K gold plating — high-purity gold plating over durable base metal
- 316L stainless steel components where used for strength and corrosion resistance
All contact points are nickel-free and designed to be skin-friendly.
Most people with sensitive skin can wear our jewelry comfortably. If you have specific metal allergies, please review the materials listed on the product page before ordering.
- 14K Gold Vermeil: Excellent for everyday use; hand washing and occasional water contact are fine. Avoid frequent submersion, harsh soaps, chlorine, and saltwater to preserve the finish. Always dry thoroughly.
- 18K Gold Plating: Also intended for daily wear but naturally thinner than vermeil. Minimize prolonged water exposure and dry after getting wet.
- 316L Stainless Steel: Highly corrosion-resistant and suitable for water, sweat, and humid conditions. Best choice if frequent water contact is expected.
