Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through obsidianrestraint.com, operated by Promise LLC (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our products are handcrafted in small batches and may be made, finished, assembled, inspected, packed, or prepared after your order is placed. Because workshop preparation may begin shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellation eligibility depends on the current status of your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.


1. Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at:

Please include your order number in your message so we can review your request quickly.

If your order has not entered production, preparation, packing, or shipping, we may approve the cancellation and issue a refund to the original payment method.


2. Orders Already In Production Or Preparation

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, preparation may begin shortly after your order is placed.

If your order has already entered production, finishing, assembly, inspection, packing, or other workshop preparation, cancellation eligibility may be limited.

In some cases, cancellation requests may not be approved once materials, labor, or production time have already been committed to your order.

If a cancellation is approved after workshop preparation has started, a partial refund may be issued depending on the production status, materials used, and work already completed.


3. Orders Already Shipped

Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the item after it arrives, please review our Returns & Refund Policy to see whether your order may qualify for return or support.

Please do not refuse delivery or send an item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, rejected, or not eligible for refund.


4. Order Modification Requests

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Order modifications may include:

  • Updating the shipping address
  • Correcting contact information
  • Changing product options, if available
  • Updating order details before production or packing begins

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered production, preparation, packing, or shipping.


5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at:

We can only update the address if the order has not yet entered packing or shipping. Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.


6. Production Or Shipping Delays

Some handcrafted workshop items require approximately 2–3 weeks for production, finishing, inspection, and packing before shipping.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated production timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping date and available options.

If the revised timeline is not acceptable, you may choose to cancel the order for a refund before the item ships.


7. How To Request A Cancellation

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • The reason for your cancellation or modification request
  • Any updated information, if you are requesting a change

Our support team will review your order status and confirm whether the cancellation or modification can be approved.


8. Refunds For Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after approval, but your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
