Cancellation Policy

At Obsidian Restraint, we work hard to process your orders quickly so you can receive your jewelry as soon as possible. Because of this, there is a limited window in which an order can be canceled.

1. Standard / Non-Personalized Items

  • Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund.

  • After Shipping: Once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled.

    • If you no longer want the item, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return process in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy].

2. Personalized / Custom-Made Items

Because these items are made specifically for you, production often begins shortly after the order is placed.

  • Within 12 Hours: You may cancel free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After 12 Hours: If you request a cancellation or significant change (e.g., size, engraving) after 12 hours, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • This fee covers the cost of materials and labor already invested in your custom piece.

  • After Shipping: Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned once shipped (unless defective).

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately:

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will review the status of your order and confirm if the cancellation is successful.
