Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, your order may require production, finishing, inspection, and packing before it ships.

Please note: Payment at checkout confirms your order and helps us begin preparing your handcrafted item.


4. Currency And Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site or at checkout.

Depending on your location, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, or other charges.

These fees are charged by your bank or payment provider, not by us.


5. Payment Authorization And Verification

For security reasons, some orders may require payment verification or fraud screening before they are accepted.

We reserve the right to delay, refuse, or cancel an order if:

  • Payment cannot be verified
  • The transaction is flagged as high risk

Installment plans, approval decisions, payment schedules, fees, and terms are handled by the installment provider, not directly by us.

Please review the installment provider’s terms carefully before choosing this payment option.


8. Refunds To Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after approval, but your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

If your original payment method is closed, expired, or unavailable, please contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.


9. Taxes, Duties, And Checkout Total

Where applicable, taxes, duties, shipping fees, and other charges will be shown at checkout.

For certain international orders, we may ship on a DDP / Delivered Duty Paid basis, meaning applicable duties and taxes may be included or covered before delivery.
